Another push for Monday before the Easter lull...
As usual we will be on over the holidays (it's what Jesus would have wanted).
Here's this weeks session;
3 x 5 minutes - try and keep these a consistent pace to get the most out of the session, and then finish off with 5 x 1 mile - let's work on that sprint finish!
