
Not every week will go to plan. There will be missed runs here or there, bit it doesn't mean you should just pan the rest of the week. I didn't have a good week training during the week - my legs were mega heavy and I was no where near the paces I should be hitting. It's tough when this happens and its easy to get the head down then pan the rest of the week and START AGAIN MONDAY.
But it's not the best way to do it.
Like I bang on consistently about consistency. You're never going to feel good on every session, the same way you're not going to feel good in every race. But you need to dig through it and keep on going.

A little bit of a longer effort here at the start - it's good to mix it up from time to time! 7 minutes to start us off and then 4 x 3 min efforts which you should hit at your 5K effort. Looking forward to seeing you there!
